You may not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of bd369.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bd369 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of profits, loss of data, or any other financial or non-financial losses.
